Where do we deliver?

We deliver to the European Union, the United Kingdom, Switzerland, Norway, the United States, Canada, Australia and New Zealand. Standard tracked delivery is free on every order, with no minimum spend. There is no express option.

Delivery times

Estimated times, counted from the moment your order is processed, in working days (Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays):

Australia, New Zealand	3 to 5 working days

The delivery time for your country is shown on each product page and when you choose your delivery option.

Order cut-off time

An order received before 10:00 (Paris time), Monday to Friday, is processed the same day; after 10:00 or on a non-working day, it is processed on the next working day. The delivery time runs from that point.

Customs duties outside the European Union

For deliveries outside the European Union, customs duties or import taxes may be charged by the destination country.

Tracking and support

The tracking link is sent by e-mail as soon as your order ships. If your parcel is late, missing, incomplete or damaged, write to info@legacy-boardhouse.com with your order number. Not having noted any reservations with the carrier does not remove your statutory rights against the seller.
