Returns and Refunds

Requesting a return

You can request the return of an item within 30 calendar days of receiving it. Send your order number and your request by email or through the form. The return is sent by post to Ecom Empire OÜ, Liimi tn 1b, Kristiine linnaosa, 10621 Tallinn, Harju maakond, Estonia. We will send you the return instructions; do not send the parcel back to any other address shown on the packaging. Keep proof of postage.

Condition of items

Beyond the statutory withdrawal period, the 30-day commercial return applies to new, unused and complete items, including items bought on promotion. Pack and protect the board, the pieces and the accessories. During the statutory withdrawal period, you may examine the product; handling it beyond what is necessary to establish its nature, characteristics and functioning may result in a reduction in its value.

Return costs and exchanges

For a change of mind, the return is sent from your country to Estonia: purchasing the label and the international shipping costs are at your expense. The cost depends on the weight and dimensions of the parcel and on the carrier you choose; check its rate before shipping. No restocking fee is charged. We do not offer direct exchanges: you can request a return and then place a new order. In the event of a delivery error, a defect or a lack of conformity, contact us before incurring any costs; your statutory rights apply.

Refund

Once we have received and checked the return, we process the refund to the original payment method within 7 days at most. How long it takes to appear in your account then depends on your payment provider. Standard initial delivery is free for all orders.

Statutory right of withdrawal

If you are a consumer, you have 14 days from receipt to notify us of your withdrawal, without having to give a reason, by email or through the contact form. After notifying us, you have 14 days to send the item back following the instructions you receive. The statutory refund is made no later than 14 days after your notification and may be deferred until we have received the item back or until you provide proof of postage, whichever occurs first. The 30-day commercial return supplements this right.

Personalized products and guarantees

Items engraved or personalized on request can also be returned under the 30-day commercial return, on the same terms as other items. The applicable statutory guarantees, in particular the statutory guarantee of conformity, remain fully applicable.
